This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use of the Rielt.org website and is accepted by the User along with the acceptance of the Terms of Use.

Definition of Terms

The terms used in this Privacy Policy mean the following:

  • Personal data — information or a set of information about an individual who is identified or can be specifically identified.
  • Processing of personal data — any actions or a set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, restoration, use and distribution (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data, including with the use of information (automated) systems.
  • Personal data operator — an individual or legal entity who is granted the right to process this data on behalf of the owner by the owner of personal data or by law.
  • Registration form — an electronic registration document that the User fills out when registration on the Portal.
  • A cookie is a fragment of data created by the hardware and software complex on which the Portal is hosted and stored on the User's computer in the form of one or more files. A cookie does not contain personal data, and their download to the User's computer can be blocked by the User at any time.

Subject of consent

The User gives Rielt.org consent to the processing of his/her personal data, such as the User's name, region of residence, email address, contact phone number, IP addresses and other contact information that he/she provides to the company when registering, posting ads, commenting on news on the Portal, as well as messages, letters, statements that Users send to each other.

The purpose of processing the User's personal data is the need to identify the User when using the Portal and Services; providing user service, including account creation and management; solving technical problems and access to various Services and functions of the Portal; control of general and individual user activity, such as keyword search, ad posting activity; traffic management on the Site; establishing and maintaining contact with the User through any available communication channels or permitted marketing communications; conducting research and analytical activities in order to improve the Portal and Services; ensuring compliance with the Portal Terms of Use, including combating fraud and insults; collecting statistical data.

The operator of the user personal data base is Rielt.org. The database of personal data of users is located at the company's address.

The Company does not collect or process personal data on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions and similar information.

Processing of personal data of the User

The Company has the right to download Cookie files to the User's computer (if the User has not restricted this option in their web browser), as well as to receive, store, process and use the information contained in the Cookie.

The Company has the right to process personal and other data of the User for the entire period necessary to achieve the goals specified in paragraph 2.2 of this Privacy Policy.

Protection of personal data of the User

The Company undertakes to ensure the protection of personal data of users from unauthorized access by third parties.

The Company does not use or process personal data of users in any way other than specified in this Privacy Policy, and does not transfer them to third parties without the consent of the User, except:

  • At the reasonable request of government agencies entitled to submit applications and receive such data.
  • If, in the opinion of the company, the User violates the terms of the Agreement and/or Key Documents.
  • In other cases expressly provided for by the legislation of Ukraine.

The User has the right to change or delete their personal data left by them on the Portal.

The Company is not liable for the distribution of the User's personal data, as well as for other damages caused to the User due to their failure to comply with the terms of the Agreement and Key Documents, as well as their negligent attitude to ensuring the security and protection of personal data.
